How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders in India are typically delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on the shipping address and other factors such as public holidays or extreme weather conditions. In some rare cases, delivery might take up to 2 weeks, depending on the product's availability. For certain regions like Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be shared with your email address once your order has been shipped. If you have not received the tracking details, please write to us at support@zyorohub.com within 48 hours of placing your order.
Which courier companies are used to deliver the product?
All our products are shipped via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, depending on your delivery pincode.
What happens if tracking details show the product as delivered, but the customer has not received it?
This is a rare situation, as the product is often received by family members, neighbours, flatmates, or delivered to the office mail room. In genuine cases, we will refund the full amount to the customer after conducting a proper investigation, which may take up to 10 working days.
If you receive a delivery notification but have not received the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the notification. We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and resolve it. After the mentioned timeline, it will be difficult for us to take any action, and we will not be liable for any losses.
